RE: Ed's Ziroli B-25 Build
Making a little more progress. I finally Finished off the flaps on the center section. After giving everything a good once over to make sure I didn't miss anything, I sheeted the top of the wing center section.

RE: Ed's Ziroli B-25 Build
Had to spend a few days doing some much needed yard work, but I found some time to get back to the B-25. Glued and shaped the wing center section leading edges and now im starting to finish the top if the nacelles.

RE: Ed's Ziroli B-25 Build
Starting to work on the top shape of the nacelle above the wing. Turns out the shucks from my extra 300 wing core (which I thankfully hadn't thrown out yet) fit the B-25 airfoil pretty closely. So first step, I have cut a piece that I'll use to cut and sand to the right shape. We shall see if it works....

more progress. Still some more shaping left to do but generally I'm happy with how this is coming out. Anyone else notice its hit or miss if the forum was working at all today? (not just pictures)

Hi Ed,
Looking good, any more progress? I love and also hate this time of the year, flying season is here.. That's a good thing, but it also means you have to stop on your build to make sure your fleet is ready for the air.. No matter how well I put a plane to bed for the winter, I always just have to tweak something..

Hi Ed, I like your build, I'm fallowing it as I am starting mine in a few, I got all the stuff short of the engines. I'm looking at the OS40cc 4s motors. They have the same mounting as the OS33cc do you know if the DLE30 stand offs will work, long or short?
Anyways I'm in and I can't wait to start mine.

Shameless self promotion I know but, for any of you B-25 builders who may be interested, I can provide the Clayton stacks for your build. They are comprised of a 3d printed stack on a laser cut G10 base. They are a bit spendy but only until you figure out how much time it woud take to make 28 of these any other way! Email [email protected] if you're interested in the details.

I can make them any scale necessary but those shown are indeed for the 101" span model. Not sure why my link is not working for you but you can also try [email protected] or just shoot me a private message here at RCU.
Thanks!
