Not all that impressed with the Robart Air Retracts.....$500 (actually almost $600 when you add in the tank etc) they give you NO EXTRA air line, and very cheapo "T" fittings.....plus you gotta love the instructions....thank god for Youtube.
I am waiting now for my tailwheel portion.....just install the G-62 and a few small items and she will be finished.

Had the scare of a lifetime just before. I was cutting my firewall to make room for the carb when my saw slipped(my fault) and hit my life battery. It immediately started hissing, smoking and sparking. It was a mad dash to get the plane out of the basement and then get the battery removed. I thought for sure the plane was a goner. If it were a straight lipo, I'd be in a world of trouble. What a night.

I flew my corsair 3 times yesterday and she is sweet! She takes off a little slow but the motor isnt broke in all the way yet and I am leaning it out a little more each time I fly, I will post more video soon, I still have to install my tail wheel doors, put in a pilot, and install my bomb drops, but for now all is good in my corsair world!!

I ended up installing a new S-Bus Rx.......I fixed all my issues with the 8 servo's and wiring that I wanted to clean up.
Is 1" elevator throw enough? That is what she is set at.......I am sure that is pretty scale on pitch control!

Look at the beginning of the manual under optional lighting, it tells you the part number for the Spektrum voltage regulator to use. (VR5203). It's the one I used and works perfectly. Not all regulators pass the signal through, this one does, so if you use this one, you can still control the lights from the transmitter

Ok, so I have the chance to pick up a FG 84 from Mr. Saito himself. A question to the guys with the fg 84. Can you tell me what are the modifications were needed to make this work? Also has anyone used the fg57? If so how did u like the combo?
Here's a picture of Mr. Saito at our last Airshow

I have 3 flights with my FG-84 now.
Absolutely no modifications what so ever. None. Nada. Nichts.
No Keleo either, which I guess would give a bit more hollow sound.
Here it is on flight number 3, it is the first Focke Wulf;
