And it's for sale too! Unfortunately only restored to static display condition but I'm sure it will be a very welcome exhibit at one of the aviation museums.

I believe the White 1 foundation in Kissimmee,Fl has plans to do a Dora after the F8 is complete..

I was there for the first fly day of the A5 it was amazing. They flew it with the 109E and it was incredibly quiet by comparison with that BMW radial. It would be great to see a Dora fly as well.

Lucky Dog! I managed to shoot a couple of pics of it through the fence before it left the Goshawk restoration facility but was not lucky enough to see it fly. I'm no fan of "traditional" Luftwaffe paint jobs so if I were to ever build a short nosed 190 this is the one I would build. Very unique paint scheme!




Since we're talkin' 190's here is one I have seen fly. Rudy Frasca's R-2800 powered Flug Werke replica. Not a true FW but awesome none the less.




And getting back to the Dora, here is the ex-Champlin D13 "Yellow 10" near the end of its re-restoration prior to going to the Museum of Flight.
