I want to ask the boys from USA about your rules of AMA , what AMA say about the wingspan . There have some limit in inches or what ?
I find some in internet but I am not sure about that
In FAI we have limit in the weight, Nothing more 15 kg

Those are the IMAA (International Miniature Aircraft Association) definition of what is a "Giant Scale" aircraft. The IMAA has gone out of business but everyone over here still uses that definition for what is considered a Giant Scale Aircraft.
If you are creating a new project in this size range it would be better if it fit these rules. Many Contests or Fly In's are for Giant Scale aircraft only.
I've never seen anyone get refused if you are very close or can reach 80 inches by measuring the wing on the bottom to include any extra length you may get due to dihedral.
While there are lots of sizes, we generally think of 60 sized (63ish inch wing span) and Giant Scale. At least those are the popular categories. I tend to think of the typical Spitfire, P-51, FW-190 as the standard in each class. So if I want to fly Giant Scale, I'd get something that would look correct with one of those in the 80 inch range. Basically everything at 1/5 scale in this example. But if a 1/5th scale aircraft doesn't get to 80 inches it's not technically a Giant Scale and could be excluded from a Giant Scale Event.
The definition you posted are not limits to the size you can build. Just a way to classify the sizes and let people know what size aircraft are allowed at an event.
If its a Giant Scale Event then all aircraft need to meet those sized requirements.
There are size and weight limits but I'd have to look those up as I don't build large enough to worry about those.
Do you have a specific project in mind ?

Thank you for your fast answer Joe !
I ask about my models , all of them are over 80 " so I am in this rules, Now I work on FW 1/4 scale and I wander whether will be good for some competitin in US also. For FAI if the model is 15kg less will be OK , I think that my 1/4 FW will be within these limits

The FAI 15 kg limit applies to serious scale competition.
In many cases people like to build bigger. That just means that they cannot use the model to participate in FAI-sanctioned scale contests.
Many countries seem to have special rules for "very large models". But that is a national matter.

Thanks for shattering my dreams and making me want a engine that I can never afford.......
That my friend is one cool engine, looks like a cross between a Merlin XX[Eng block and propeller reduce gear houseing and assory gear box and super charger placement 
and the Jumo-213 engines[cylinders heads,beam mount is very similar,the Pace mount is a better design 3 isolators per side on beam mount versus 2 on the Jumo 213 engine ]
