G26 Soup-up
This modification takes the G26 up to 30.5mm using a 30mm crankshaft and 36mm piston.
Picture #8 shows arrow on piston this must point towards the exhaust side.
Picture #9 shows lug that needs to be trimmed off.
Also converted to electronic ignition.
Stock prop is 16/8 should be able to swing a 20/6 now.
Testing to commence next week.

Parts are from Dave's Discount Engines.
Modifications to cylinder and ports are done by ESP (Earth Surfer Products).
To accommodate the longer stroke the combustion chamber is raised up 1mm instead of stacking gaskets under the base of the cylinder.
The lug (which is not used) has to be removed to clear the original magneto housing.
