Photos look so realistic that if you had a pilot in the cockpit, would have been hard to tell it from the real thing.

Default Looks Great!

It does look real, a real pilot from Lyle Vasser would look great in there! He makes the best.

Thank you both.

I'm working in it. In the cockpit and in the pilot.

I think in the next photos I will have them.

then the photographs will not tell if its real or RC, I am a good builder, my planes always fly very good, but there are those that are great, they make them a beautiful piece of art, so glad there are the RC artists.

Question

Hi!
May I ask you a question? Which commercially availiable plans of Hellcat will be best suited for the O.S. Max 95AX engine I have?
I'm a beginner in r/c aviation. I have F6F Hellcat from Hobbyking (1100mm wingspan, made from EPO). It is my second r/c plane (after Piper J-3), and I like it very much. But I want to advance
So I'm plannig (some day) to build a big one Hellcat from scratch, but I really don't know which set of plans to choose/buy.
Can you give me a hint/link?
Thanks in advance!

The .95AX would be a perfect choice for my Hellcat. I originally flew the prototype with a .91FX before switching to the Evolution 20cc gasser. It flew every bit as good with the 91 and the 95 would be even better. The nice thing about the 91 was that it fit completely concealed in the cowl in the upright position which made engine operation very reliable. I don't think the 95 is much, if any, bigger and would probably fit upright as well. At any rate I would be happy to answer any and all questions about plans and parts for my Hellcat, just shoot me an email at [email protected].

Hí! My name is Chris,
I m looking for the wing plans of Hangar s 9 Hellcat .60. I own two of them and i have a spare wing which is very damaged on th left side , and i need two or more ribs to fix it.

As this airplane is an ARF I don't think anyone other than Hangar 9 is going to have the plans for it. I really doubt they would be willing to provide you with what you need but it could not hurt to ask them. You might have to use the undamaged right side as a template to make the necessary parts for the left side.

Chad thanks for you response. That s what i was thinking. I know that is an ARF plane ,and it s impossible for someone to have access to the plans of the plane, but i was hope if anyone have the copy of the spar.
But it s ok, i ll try for the first time to copy the spar from the undamaged part.
By the way is there any thread with pictures for that repair? For example how , and where i must glue together the hardwood sticks to the spars?

I'm not aware of any threads that address this type of repair specifically coolfever. I would recommend studying some of the build threads here at RC Universe and, even better, over at RC Scale Builder in order to get a good idea of how to go about it. Of course you could also start your own thread with pictures of what you are attempting to do and let the very nice folks at this or the other web sites help to guide you in the process. I'm sure you would get plenty of help but it would be almost impossible to offer any specific advice without first having good photos of everything.
