Default Scale wheel size for a 1/5 scale Corsair

anyone have any idea what the scale wheel size would be for a 1/5 scale corsair? i'm building a byron corsair and i'm running into several clearance issues that smaller wheels would help. i'm using robart 5 1/4" aluminum rim wheels. they just seem a little to big. the wing cord in just barley thick enough to allow them in. i noticed that top flight's ARF corsair is using 4 1/2 " wheels . any thoughts ?

The Byron corsair isn't even close to being a scale airplane. If i where you i would just use what you have. or get a set of 5" wheels for it and just be happy with that.

The full size Corsair has a 32" diameter wheel if memory serves. Just FYI, your Byron Corsair is closer to 1/6 scale than it is 1/5.

well it's a lot more "Scale" than a top flight ... that's for sure . i was looking ar some full scale pics and i think the 4 1/2 " wheels would be OK
