Yes the canopy....I chose to cut some corners, so I didn't reshoot the inside of the canopy with paint. This is actually the CMP Zero, the ESM is still backordered. When I started this project I had a time frame to try to get done within, so I used what was available.

Here is a small write up from the site I order from. It explains it far better than I could
At this point I'm ready to do the bottom of the wing. Took the kids to the Beach and the a carnival that's in town, so I didn't get as far as I'd hoped. Friends and family coming over today so works going be postponed till tomorrow. I'll try to take a video of the peal ply when I do the bottom of the wing tomorrow for you.
It took about an hour of sanding to have the wing ready to flip and do the bottom. The peel ply is truly amazing. The upper surface of the wing took about 10 minutes of sanding to be ready for paint, but of course I need to do the bottom first! The other 50 min or so was cleaning up the leading and tailing edges. This could've been avoided but I forgot the blot the extra from the edges

Yes basically, I do everything exactly as you normally would. Lay the cloth, spread my epoxy. Once you have the epoxy spread, I lay the peal ply directly into the wet epoxy. I then use a 6 inch spreader to smooth everything out and make sure that it's embedded into the epoxy. It will slightly change color and look wet, somewhat similar to when you know your fiberglass is "wet"

In my case, (i'm using pacer Z proxy finishing resin )after two hours I'm able to pull the peel ply. The peal ply leaves a slightly textured surface as the fabric has a very tight weave. A couple swipes with some sandpaper and it's ready to go! This keeps the weight build up during the process to a minimum, and cuts hours of sanding off of the job.

I believe it is, I must be honest with you as this was my first attempt at using it. Invertmast here on RCU was the first to talk about it and made some vids as well. This is just my first chance to really give it a shot. In my opinion, it's no harder than doing normal fiberglass work, and gives you results that would be quite time consuming to replicate without using peel ply.
I found the process rather easy and quite rewarding!
as I said earlier I'll try to make a video of the process while I'm fiberglass in the lower surfaces of the wing tomorrow

Ok, so I laid down a coat of filler primer on the upper surface of the wing. Once that dried, I wet sanded with 220 and laid on another coat of filler primer. I then wet sanded it with 400, then 600 and finished off with some 900 grit
The results are smooth as glass and ready for panel lines. I'll do the bottom of the wing tomorrow.

Thank you Jeff, yes all is well here! Hard not to be when it's a nice 78 degrees outside and sunny at 7:00am. Dead calm at the moment too, but I have no time to think about flying today. I'm setting wing up outside in the yard at the moment to get ready to work on bottom surface.
Prekin,
yes thats a Holman/Lien 1/5 the scale FW190.
Now I must get to work!
