I have seen photos of an FW painted that way. I believe it is in the
squadron book FW-190 in action, a Aircam book on the FW. I will check after work and let you know which book and page

It looks like a Fw 190A-4 of I/JG 54 Russian winter scheme.

This stuff might help to prove it, but i'm not sure. Most of the time if they have a set of plastic model decals of any color scheme, i would assume that there was a real plane with that color scheme on it.

I think I'm going with this scheme I'll do a little more research. Thanks for the replies.

it will draw a lot of attention at the field
very few white warbirds

I've got you covered brother, its a FW-190A-4 White8 flown by Leutnant Walter Nowotny, Staffelkapitan 1./JG 54 Krasnogvardeisk in November 1942 Ref: Focke-Wulf FW-190 Aces of the Russian Front by John Weal copywrite 1995

This paint scheme was common in the winter at the eastern front for JG 54. I think, that no. 8 belonged to Walter Nowotny. Here are some samples.
