First chance I've had to post since getting home. I feel bad about all the drama, this was a great event, I flew quite a few times and had a great time. It was a good sized event with a small event feel. The club members went out of their way to make me feel welcome and thank me for attending.

My Feedback: (221)
This year was the first trip for me to this event. I have wanted to attend for many years. Finally got there. What a great event!!!! The management of this event does a fantastic job of organizing, managing, and insuring that we all have a good time in a relaxed safe atmosphere. Yes there were incidents as with any large event. We are imperfect humans and we build less than perfect aircraft. Things fail on both sides of the radio. But for an event that saw nearly 300 pilots and hundreds of planes, the few accidents are getting way too much attention compared to the hundreds of uneventful sorties during the three days. The flight line was well managed, as was the pattern. I saw no mid-airs, or incidents on the flight line or taxi ways. This was with as many as 14 aircraft in the air I think, during one of the WWI gaggles.
Thanks guys for a great time. The food was outstanding as well. Just an all around class act IMO.
I'll be posting some pictures.

They are a keystroke away. The key or button is in the lower left of the offending post. It's a triangle with an "!" in it. Punch the magic button and report what you feel is a violation of the rules, or a violation of good manners.

As for those of you calling other members names.......................
Cut it out.
This is a forum about Warbirds and Warplanes, not about other people. If your post is about somebody else, DON'T POST it. Somebody calls you a name, they're violating the rules. And YOU'RE violating the same rules if your behavior matches theirs. Report posts instead of proving there is more than one rude person in the group.

Thank you to all who attended, hope you all had an amazing time and the club appreciates your support. A huge thank you to the club members who step up year after year. Doing the paper work, placing the orders, taking care of the field, setting up fences, directing motor homes and parking, buying the food, working the flight line, retrieving planes, smoothing feelings and making every pilot and guest feel welcome, I know who you are and so does everyone else, without you this event would not be possible. Have a safe flight!

Forgot to thank Andy Kane for the Warbirds over Delaware flight school and Scott McClurg for the video.
