Hanger 9 30ccSpitfire questions?
Guys
I've just ordered one of these with the Eflite retracts. I have a Laser 180 Four stroke (30cc) sitting here for it and I've just ordered some Inzpan cockpit detail for it http://www.inzpan.com/1_5_Spitfire_C...t_p/600007.htm . I chose this cockpit detail as I know the airplane is a little smaller than 1/5th scale but I had no issues fitting a 1/5 dBalsa cockpit P51 to my 150 Mustang and I'll make it all fit with my BBI pilot.
My questions are.. what issues did those of you that have built one have? Has anyone else attempted a full-depth/semi full-depth cockpit? Us Brits seem to build/modify a little bit lighter than you guys "over there" so just wondering what mods you thought were necessary.. before or after flight!!
