Default Yellow Aircraft No Longer To Stock Kits

Hi

I don't know if you have seen the thread in the Jets section, but Yellow Aircraft is shutting down its kits-selling operation. There is a little bit of stock remaining and if you would like to grab one of the last Y/A kits please send me a private message or give me a call. I updated my Web site to reflect remaining inventory, and my discount still applies even though we're in short supply. We expect to be sold out by the end of the week.

FYI

Hi,

I don't think so. I think the owner is just retiring.

Hi,

Yeah, sold out of Jugs, Zeros and Spits in the last 36 hours. Down to a handful of Warhawks.

Is this the parent company, or does the product come from elsewhere?
http://www.yellowaircraft.com/index.htm

On their website they show no indication of stopping production.

On a couple of my Yellow planes there was a stamp in the inside of the fuses. " Fun key" , they are a co that makes fiberglass fuses for helicopters. I have no idea of what there relationship was or is ??? Century Helicopters sold the heli fuses.

Hi,

As of yesterday morning, all of the warbirds (prop planes of any kind for that matter) are gone. I sold the last P-40 yesterday morning, and that was it. Now, there are just a few jet kits left. It is still possible to get parts for these planes, however.

So you can still get fuse, wings, cowls, canopies, etc. right? Will there be a price list posted on the website?

Hi,

That's correct. As for prices, my own site had prices for kits and major components, but never for parts. I think you'll still have to call or email for prices for parts.
