Retracts for Dave Platt 1/5.2 scale Fw190
Hi All
Intend making the Dave Platt Fw190 (1/5.2 scale) just under 80-inch span.
Could anybody tell me if any of the retracts on the market (as for this model) will fit into the wing and what are the mods required, if any?
Many thanks in advance

Cannot confirm the will fit into the wing as I have no experience with the platt plans, but t)3 best retracts on the market are the Sierra ones.

He lists them as that the will work with the platt Fw-190
thanks

Hi Dave
Thank you for your reply.
I am aware that a number of manufacturers (Springair, Sierra etc) state their components are for use with Dave's 190 but I would like confirmation that they do prior to forking out and then finding they dont actually fit or require substantial modifications.
Thanks again
