A26 invader scale help needed please
Hi RCU members.
i am trying to find details on the A26 invader.
details such as how did the rear gunner windows open,
dashbord front cockpit details, light placement details including
landing lights.
thanks for any help you can provide, can’t find a reasonable squadron signal walk around , for some reason cost are insane on this publication
thanks
again

Thanks Greg , very helpful .
Can you guys tell , I cant seem to find one last missing questions , how did the rear gunner window open ?
I plan on making it functional to view the details but can’t see if its a ‘skylight type” opening , full center panel or just one part of the center panel

Check the written documentation, because if I remember correctly. The rear gun turret was operated remotely similar to those on the B-29. If that is the case then the rear panels would be mounted solid. Check the walk around if possible.

Thanks Medal driver . The rear gunner did indeed have a seat and a tubular looking scope that allowed full vision and operation of the turret. The gunner sat under the glass in a chair and the scope looked submarine like with full turning radius however part of the window did open but I can not tell the proper location.
I have looked at hundreds of pics and also looked for the classic Squadrin Signial ‘Walk Around” . The only one online is being sold by the original author at a whopping $149.00 for a book that typically sells for $19.00 lol
