Winter Warbirds #3 Phoenix, AZ Jan 16-18
We are 7 weeks away from our 3rd annual Winter Warbirds. The dates are Jan 16-18th 2015. Sun Valley Fliers in North Phoenix is the host club.
This is a Military Aircraft event. All aircraft must be in military schemes.

Looking forward to it Tony! For anyone contemplating a visit the last two years have seen absolutely ideal flying conditions. Combine that with a fabulous flying field and a bunch of good folks and you simply can 't go wrong.

Weather is looking perfect for next weekend. Mid 40's at sunrise with highs in the mid 70's. Zero chance of rain.
Horizon Hobbies sent me 3 planes to raffle off. Thanks for your support Horizon.
i have my to rides for the weekend ready to go. Bates1/5th scale P-51B and TF P-51D.

I'll see you guys Friday.........Leaving Pueblo Colorado Wednesday. Bringing one new P-47 and one old old Ferocious Frankie P-51. Weather is supposed to be awesome all the way down. Jezzzz I'm ready to warm up.

NOt bringing this one yet, because she's not ready........my latest project. Top Flite P-47 ARC. A few more pieces of Flite Metal and some tweaking. balanceing etc.....and she's ready. Probably OEAF spring fly in will be the maiden. She's fiberglassed then covered in the flite Metal. 4.2 Fox for the does the hard work.

Thanks Guys..........means a lot to me to get the approval of your buddies.............Get this.....she came in at 27 lbs.........I swear, it blew me away. I was expecting at least 29 to30.
