Cowl Chin Divider for TF 60 size P47
Does anyone know where I could get a cowl chin divider for the Top Flite 60 size P47. They made one for the giant scale but not for the 60 size so it would have to be after market. I checked with Fiberglass Specialties and they do not make one. All info would be helpful.

Sounds like soft balsa and a carving knife are the next steps!

A few guys have used a section of the nose bowl from a second cowling to create the splitter.

Well, as it turns out...........the Hanger 9 60 sized P47 has a dummy engine in the fiberglass cowl with the chin divider. I ordered the cowl and will surgically remove what I want and install it in my Fiberglass Specialties fiberglass cowl. Should work.
