Trailer packing for Indiana warbird campaign.
Initially, I thought of bringing only 3 planes but, with a little creative thinking, I packed 5 planes in the 14' trailer:
110" F4U
110" P-47
Ziroli SBD
Ziroli F6F
Ziroli F9F.
Double checked, all wings are there.
I should have no trouble filling the 20'X20' tent(with side walls) that I rented.

Jim,
Always fun to meet new pilots.
===========
I new it was something old and radial and multi engine!
A B-29 just flew over my house in West Chester (heading south), north of Cincinnati along route I-75.
Initially, I thought it might be the local B-25.
Guessing about 2,000' high.
cool.

General Parfitt,
I just want to say that you are the man Sam!! We all had a great time and very much enjoyed your company being pitted next to you. Thanks for helping out with everything! Here is the info on the Flying Pilgrims Fall Phase out event that we talked about. I hope to see you there but if not i will look forward to the next time we meet my friend!

Yo Larry,
Always great meeting pilots that I haven't seen before.
Your P-47's finish was really nice and I loved the Z P-38. If I remember correctly, you had two 20X10 3-blade props on the G-62's?
I'm finishing up repair on my yellow P-38. I've got some 21.5X11 N 3-blade props on my Z P-61 and would like some props a bit smaller as the tips are close to the ground.
I have a meet in Lexington that weekend where they expect me to be there as there are a lot of old fellow pilots that I know.

Indiana warbird and classics campaign at AMA headquarters in Muncie, Indiana.
Miles: 100
About a 1000' a short grass to fly off of. There were about 85 pilots with lots of planes.
AMA has a lot of 20X20' tents available so a lot of pilots reserve them.
Kirk's P-47 and P-40.
