Default Tachikawa. KI-36 ready for maiden.

Motor run up this morning. CG is right. Will fly tomorrow weather permitting. This is a Ida from David Anderson plans. DLE 30. Latex paint. 80" span and weights about 17 pounds. More details to be added including Best Pilots figure after Maiden. Went for a plane a flight away from a Kamakazi mission.

John, Did you have to add any ballast to get the CG right? Don't forget to balance the model around the longitudinal or roll axis. Dan.

Maiden flight today and went well. Had to add about a pound to get her to balance. Not bad considering the short nose moment. Ship was balanced both ways. No fuel plane is 16.5 pounds. Plenty of power with the DLE 30.
