Hope this helps. I currently have the P-51B Malcomb hood under construction.
You should really look at Chad Veich's P-51D drawings. They will make you druel, if you are really into P-51's.

apetraro, when you start construction of the Platt mustang, would you consider running a build forum ? I've had this kit for 10 plus years and have been afraid to try to build it per the plans, and am not confident enough to try to make changes. I know Chad Veich has done a number of the Platt mustangs and he made all kinds of changes. Anyway, good luck with the build. 'buff

Hi balsabuff, I will gladly do so and add pictures and as much info as possible, but it could take a long time since I do this as a hobby and it could take some time.
