Best to keep an eye on eBay, that stuff pops up now and again as hobby stores clear out dead inventory.
If you're more in a rush, then maybe the cowl from the TF GE P-40 would work. I'd PM any of the guys that have posted a build thread and see if they can measure the cowl for you, or contact Fiberglass Specialties...
