Cockpit is finally done. For painting I used acrylic Tamiya paints. Base of cockpit painting is preshading, last layer is the cockpit green. I glued all cockpit details and fit the panels to fuselage. Then I glued the instrument panel and gunsight. Here you can see the result.

Your Spitty is really coming together nicely, a great build thread you have showed us all here. Funny how we start off with a standard build with just a few mods so we have a new plane to fly, and then we just start making it better and adding more as the build progress's along. Great work thanks for sharing the build..

Thank you for the kind word G T. I think thatīs good, we can share our threads. Because our projects could be an inspiration for the others. But the important is, I donīt know everything, so the other guys can give some solution or their opinion when I have any problem during the build.

All Spitfire models have one common problem- cooling of the engine. There are no much places where we can make holes for air intake. Do you know what is the ejection effect? This effect use small airbrushes. During flight the holes behind the engine will create this ejection effect, it takes out some hot air from the engine area.
