May 27-28, Dawn patrol by Airmasters in North Bend, Ohio,
Miles: 40
A nice all grass field about 800' long.
My first day out flying, this year. Got 4 flights in.
Smoke worked great but the paint ball gun, not well: Air coming out of the front gun chamber; fortunately someone found the part of the gun on the runway that came off that I didn't notice. Put that part back on but the battery for the gun was low but the plane flew well. Did lots of touch and goes turning on the smoke after each 'touch'.
Gregg's huge Gatha that he built over the winter.
Paul and Barry.

June 2-4, Cards warbird and classics over Michigan at Lansing, Michigan.
Miles: 270
A nice, all grass, 1000' runway.
I'm a week behind due to trying to get planes ready for the next meet.
Dirt road leading to the field.

June 9-11, warbirds over Georgia at Mac Hodges field in Andersonville, Georgia.
Miles: 645
The 'typical' field: 1400' X 400' all grass runway with covered pit area, air conditioned bath rooms with shower and full size hangers to store planes in the evening, although I just left mine under the covered pit area as the weather was fantastic the whole time I was there.
