what Bird for my Z G20e
Guys, I am looking for an ARF Warbird for my Zenoah 20, but as of now there are not many in this size coming into the USA,
I am looking for ether a P-40 (War or Tom), Hellcat, or Corsair, I plain to replace the Struts with quality Struts,
I found a Top Flight ARF Mustang, it's beautiful and has a span of 64.5 inches but it's not what I want,
Phoenix models has a 70 inch Corsair and a 64 inch P-40, but "ZiGi RC" site gives no phone number, no location, and they have not replied to my Email/PM, and people say their planes are fragilely built, so I think I will give up on them,
where can I find a Warbird for this Zenoah 20 ??
BTW, about my G20e engine, this one is a modified B.H. Hanson Heli engine, Hanson reports that it has 20% more power than a stock engine, but I have not yet started it, but with what I have read about the stock G20e RPM numbers, my Hanson engine should twist a 16X6 pretty much the same as a DL 20, but that remains to be seen once I brake it in this Fall
tell me where I can find what I want, if you can LOL
thanks Guys !

JIM , VQ sold by the soon to close JB Hobbies makes the revised 64" P40 . It's a nice plane and will fit the G20.
Now I know you dont want a German plane but the new Phonix model Stuka is perfect for the G20.
I think JB also has the new smaller Hellcat from VQ as a well .
He is a great supplier but cant make ends meet do he is calling it quits

thanks for the info, I found the site, that P-40 has a 61.8 span, but there is no info about the wing, the G20 weighs 41.6oz with muffler, ignition, and mount, thats 10oz more than some 120 glow 4St's,, a 62 inch span seems small for a 42oz engine

DLM, I just received my VQ P-40,
yee-up, for the price I just had to order it, it was like ice cream in the freezer, you think to long about it you get up and eat it LOL,, it's a very nice ARF, it has a span of 62 inches, I will buy some nice electric retracts for it,
the Zenoah 20 is some 11oz heavier than other brand 20's, I think I will hold my Zenoah for the Worlds Model 65" span Mustang and buy a different 20 for the VQ P-40.
BTW, thank you for telling me about JB's sale !!
