I still stick to the ums 160cc. I just wondering what is the different if I choose ums 180cc but flying with same prop size as ums 160cc. Lets say both engine has the same weight.. Will the 180cc fly faster than the 160cc with the same prop size?

Congrats for the award.. The plane took off at slow speed without stall.. The torque should be really high at that speed.i just waiting to see the plane fly at full throttle hahaha. I'll be getting my la7 next week. 1st step to strengthen the fuselage with cfk

James... What is the total weight of your plane right now? I done some reinforcement on the fuselage using cfk and epoxy resin making the plane slightly heavy.i havent get 7-160 ums yet. Wondering if the power is enough to make the plane climb up. Or I might need to get the ums 5-180 or 5-210.Need your advice

You must be a fan of UMS.. Instead of Moki 😍. Running those engines with pump?

I might go to Ankeny, still haven't decided. Only a couple hours drive for me. If I go, I plan on taking my LA-7 as well.
