looks a LOT closer to what I expected so at this point I am at 7in from front of wing for a starting point

My Feedback: (5)
I used that website to verify my estimate of the CG for my Tsunami. Notice that I did not include the wing tip and the root was determined by the projection of the the leading and trailing edges to the center line. Regardless of all the preparations, I'm always ready for an exciting first light flight. Dan,

As we discussed this picture shows where I am going to start based on my calculations using a static margin of 15%,
Let me know what you do on your plane and how it flies.

ok I will probably will be in April or May or June??????? Ive been busy glassing the wing Ill be glassing the fuse soon, for all experienced purposes and after seeing your conversation with Mr Tanger, I'm going by the plans with the CG, and add additional weight to keep the nose over, once I fly it then I can determine how much weight in the nose I take back off, remember if its tail heavy its probably going to crash like my first one, at this point I have 2 1/2 pounds of lead in the nose I can take (2) 8 oz off I built it this way so its adjustable, I'm not worried at all about the Moki 2.10 doing the job, I'm confident in it, in fact the OS BGX in the first one did very well, Ill keep you posted in the progress, you should consider what I told you about the cowl, build the top half out of balsa block then you can carve sand and form it to be more accurate like the original, pretty much like Top flites if you want some pics send me your email and Ill send you some, best wishes

On either of the planes you built, did you check the incidence of the wing and the stab? I am finding the stab to be positive 1 deg and the wing negative about 1 1/2 degrees. Did you have carve out the saddle very much?

Thats a good point, yes I did have to carve and shape the fuse wing saddle so the leading edge of the wing fits right and the wing dowl fits in the bulkhead like shown on the plans’how much I dont know’ I did it untill it looks right Im guessing Ill have 2-3* postive at the wing leading edge now send me your email so we can communicate faster or your phone number best wishes
