Default MIG-3 sliding canopy question

I'm looking for info and pictures on the way the MIG-3 canopy slides open (real and model). There seem NOT to be any rails on the sides, just one rail on top ( rear portion) (?). How does it work? Thanks

It's possible the rails used on the bottom of the canopy are on the inside of the fuse and only have a roller that runs inside the rail. I'm thinking the same thing about the "rail" that runs along the top of the rear windows, a roller that runs along it to raise the rear of the canopy so that it can slide back
