Any chance to provide me the CAD file of this fan? That would be great!

Starting to get more flights on mine.Removed the autostarter on the DLE111 engine. To many issues with it. My first screw up on landing in a while. Gust of wind caught it and I was to slow adding power for a go around. Dropped about six feet onto the gear. Only damage was a broken prop and sheered the two screws holding the two side struts. A quick call to Darrel at Sierra has the replacement screws coming. Thanks Darrel!

I really like this plane. Looks great in the air.

Hey, Guys. What is the pin for that runs through the bomb rack? It exits at the front with an "S" curve?

For me it would be more torque than I would want to deal with so I’m holding off for a new UMS 125 5 cylinder. I’ve got a UMS 90 7 cylinder coming but it may end up on a TF FW 190

Nice, wonder what it can be printed out of that is strong enough? Shapewsys could do it in aluminum, might cost as much the motor.... I can print ABS, not sure it could take the centrifugal force. Fusion 360 is bad ass, been using it for a few years

I think it will be strong enough in PLA

This edf fan is complete made of pla, turning 16000 rpm and 120 mm

Really?? Love to get file from you. What is outside diameter?? You think PETG would be better due to PLA not doing well with solvents?? Maybe I’m worried too much about strength

Post maiden photo of my Top RC FW 190. I made Walter Nowotny's plane. Flew great with a DLE 111, Sierra Retracts, and 58 degrees of flaps which is what the full scale used. I installed a IFlyTallies cockpit. After the second flight I discovered hair line cracks in the empenage so I cut open the bottom of the plane last night and put carbon fiber mat all the way around the inside of the empenage. The stock gear doors handled the thick grass at our field as you can see in the photo.
