Default Jack Stafford B24

Help wanted please ,I have managed to get hold of a Jack Stafford B24 kit that I am making into a MkV1 of the RAF that my father flew during the war .I am having trouble understanding the fowler flap mechanism that is used ,can anybody enlighten me preferably with photos of a completed models flaps and mechanism or a sketch of the way he designed it so I can get my head around how to do it .Also would like to use servos in the wing to drive it is that possible? Thanks up front if anybody can help.Dave

If I remember correcly when compleed, that is a heavy wing and elatively thin. 4 engines and servoes, retracts etc. I cant remember the fowler setup on this plane but are you looking for a scale setup or something simple? Can you put the plans on here to help me remember?

Thanks for the reply ,I'm hoping that with going electric 4 motors and replacing a lot of birch ply parts for lite ply etc and build lite it should come out at a reasonable weight for its size now with lighter radio etc .Not sure how to load plan to site but I know that there are plans on the web will try and load fowler flap drawings from the plan ..The reason for building it is my father flew a MKV1 in the war in the far east from Ceylon, now Shrilanka thanks for the reply .

I really wish I could remember how mine was done. Do you really want to do fowler flaps? K.I.S.S.
