Check out "Flying Scale Models" website http://www.modelactivitypress.com/fs_frameset1.htm. This magazine (from the U.K.) has published many plans for WW1 scale models. I'm especially fond of the small ones, suitable for a geared Speed 400 motor.

What type of plans are you looking for? CAD drawing files? or printed out construction plans?

You can also try Cleveland Models for plans. It's an old company, but I don't know anything about the quality of the plans.

    RE: Plans for WW1 Aircraft

Seems to me one of the "mainstream" modeling publications has had a sopwith camel and another, perhaps Fokker in the last year. Maybe RCM or MAN. I believe they were using .30 sized engines.

Sorry for the sketchy help but my memory is pretty sketchy these days.
