Default Yet another Z P38 in the works question

I have another Ziroli P-38 in the works. Using the fiberglass booms. Can(should) the stab extensions(FS) and assorted parts be epoxied to the fiberglass or left to "float"? I know the inside fs-1 parts are epoxied to the boom and not the dowels(per instructions). But how about the outer stab section? Thanks in advance. Mike

I epoxied mine. Will make for a sturdier assembly. G.
