I need color scheme advice
I have been building a Top-Flite T-34 mentor and getting near to glassing and painting. I have been thinking of painting it black but i am not sure if it will make it hard to see when flying. anyway i am torn between to paint schemes what do you like the best? where can i find more info on the black one? I have never seen one with this paint scheme before.

I would not fly a black plane, very hard to see. you should be able to get some more info form Bob Banka. If you are building giant scale the black won't be as hard to see with all the other markings on it. I would op out for thr other scheme due to it being easier to see.

The black would be harder to see, which is why it would also be more unique- not many people go with black. I kind of like it, though. And if you plan on flying it only in a scale manner, then loosing attitude orientation should not be a big worry.

Do an Image search on Google for T-34 Mentor.( http://images.google.com/images?q=T-...=&start=0&sa=N ) You will get about 10-15 pages of T-34 pics. Also, the pics in your post are T-34C's, and the T/F kit is a T-34A, or B. Nose is very different.
