I had trouble finding a correct pilot figure for mine but finally found a 1/6 GI Joe WWI British pilot figure on Ebay. I'm going to have to cut it down to fit, but it should be about scale.

Is anybody still here? It's 2019 and I just won a Modeltech SE5 in a raffle! The build is going reasonably well so far. For such an old kit, it is in good shape. I had to massage some of the struts a bit to get the screws in, and the motor mount would not fit the premounted blind nuts so I had to ream out the holes a bit. I have a Saito 56 four stroke for it.

Does anybody here still have their SE5?

I just got one. Never been flown, missing landing gear and wheels. I'm going to convert to electric.
