RE: Dynaflite PT19 Flaps
Hey Hisham, check out fiberglass specialties inc for a cowl,as for flaps,i did it the easy way i guess,i hinged each flap with 4 pinned hinges right on the bottem of the flap, then hooked up 2 servos just like you would a ailelron, then program the radio to appropriot throws,
But ive seen some of your models, and for some reason i dont think your going the easy route
I will put a picture up soon as i can

RE: Dynaflite PT19 Flaps
Here are some pic’s of my Dynaflite PT-19 Powered by a Zenoha G-38 weighting in at 13.5#. Covered with Koveral and dope and painted in lacquer. No Flaps. I debited it for a long time, finally deciding hanging the G-38 was enough structural mod.s.
Turning a Zinger 20x8 (2in larger than a scale size prop) I have enough disk to slow it down really fast. With 45 degrees of flap I’d have to carry a tone of throttle.

RE: Dynaflite PT19 Flaps
[link=http://www.spychallaaircraft.com]Spychalla Aircraft[/link] offers a more scale version of the PT-19 cowl for the Dynaflite kit. And Leo's work is A+. I added split flaps to my PT by simply splitting the ribs on the center line and skinning from the TE to about 3" foward. They're very effective and look cool to. I can send you some during construction pics if you'd like more details.
