I'm still trying to get familiar with this plane. The video was recorded during my fourth flight. This is one great flying warbird.

Richard, I've had a Brison 2.4 in a TFp51 for about 6 years.Lost count of the number of flights I have on it. Wait till it breaks in, people won't believe what you have under the hood. Mine pulls a 19x10 menz at about 7450-7500 rpms. Gary at Brison is great to work with if you have any problems. Usally just fuel flip and fly once the setting are fine tuned. Good Luck with your zero, Jim G

I still can't believe how strong the Brison 2.4 is after only half a gallon of gas. It's a light and sweet engine - almost too light for this plane. I had a Bolly 19x10 carbon fiber on it, and it was spining at 8300 rpm on the ground (way too small of a prop). Currently I'm looking at the new black Beila 20x10 carbon with yellow tips.

I've been flying the WM Zero for about three years and still enjoy it.
If you'd like to see an early video of it go here: http://www.10374.com/bayside/videos/wmzero.wmv
You might call this the "sport" version of flying the Zero.
G-38 with 18x8 Zinger Pro, no added nose weight, replaced gear legs with 5/16" wire, stock retracts.
Smoke via a Hanger 9 fueling pump and a GWS speed control.

I getting mine together right now, has been in the box for over 6 years I think!!! Collected dudt at the hobby shop.. What dom you guys think of the overall quality. The fusealge is beautiful but the wings look a little cheesy with the oracover. A brillo pad and some flat lusterkote can take care of that.SOme of the holes dont line up too well so far, but over all it looks nice. I am going to use the stock retracts. I used to have the 60 size spitfire of theirs and the retracts are way better than hanger 9's! I have the 150 p51 of theirs and the gear are literally horrible. I will probably beef up the ply gear rails though.

As I said in an earlier post, the best flying warbird I've flown. It just putts around with the BME 50. Throttle management is the key.
The retracts aren't the sexiest, but they've done well.
Can't wait to see how our new P-47 compares.

I would be interested in buying one of the cowls if you are willing to part with it.....
thanks,
Terry
P.S. Do you think the CMP 50 size zero looks more scale than Kyosho's?
