Default Camo for a TF P-40

I am building a Top Flite P-40 and I am going to cover it with Olive Drab monokote. I would like to do the camo scheme but I am not sure how to go about doing it. I'm thinking airbrush but I have never airbrushed before and I don't want to screw it up. Would I be better off just keeping it all OD and not mess with it or is there maybe a different easier way to do it?

If you own an air brush than get some piant and a large chunk of cardboard and practice spraying a camo pattern. It does take a little practice but it is not a real big deal tp learn. Don't give up, go for it. Good Luck, Dave

Fourstar I got this finish with Spray cans. THe Large Pactra and Chevron cans. it works well and is less hassle most of the time.

Wow, US185Damiani, that really looks great. I am very impressed with the spray can painting. Since I don't have an airbrush and don't really want to buy one just for this the spray can thing is gonna be it.

Thanks,Fourstar40

YOu won't be disappointed! LOL Chevron paints tend to have bad propellant (mine did anyway) I went through 3 different cans of Duck Egg Blue to get one good one LOL
Good luck with the airplane and I hope you post some pics as you build!
