Hi everyone

I am from Bulgaria and I started to build plane Massterschmitt 109 Emil 4

I"ll make epoxi mold from that part

firstly I made skeleton

Exactly,I use acrylic filler and then I cover with aluminium foil

Then I make the rivets and after that I"ll make glassfiber mold of fuselage

1.Romanian Mess .... I'm sure your's will be in Bulgarian colours
2.Other pics ...
3.Had some problems with using acrilic dope! The masking tape over the acrilic, peel-off the dope, hope you have a better quality acrilic .
It's verry good on filling the balsa, very soft in sanding and light, but haven't a good contact strengh .... the type used by me.

Actually this mold is Juka"s Spiti , he build scale airplanes and he has a postes in this forum ,He is very good scalebuilder

I show the mold because I make the same mold from 3 parts
