Need help with cabanes.
Need Cabanes bent!! (post # 1)
Building a Bob Holman 1/4 scale Fokker D-VIII (Frank Commyn design)...do not think I can successfully make up set of cabanes for it...don't like the way he attaches the wing to them!! No screws/bolts into ply or hardwood...you bend them back and they pop threw eyelets in wing then rubber band them in place. Please help..what else can I do? Does anyone offer a "wire bending service" for stuff like this. Going through cancer treatments and casn not deal with the frustration!!! I've committed to completing this guy...want to prove I can do it...Dr's tell me I'm done...no way!
