P-51B TUSKEGEE AIRMAN MAIDEN!
Here is my personal weekly sport flyer... It is a VQ P-51B in TUSKEGEE AIRMEN Colorscheme....
I added the VQ Wheels to it... THE OLEO STRUTS and retracts came with it... as did the spinner and pilot..
I side mounted an OS .46AX with a Bisson Custom MUFFLER brand Pitts Muffler...
Using an APC 11x5 prop for all around climb and speed....
I added some "radio gear" behind the pilot seat and also painted the red stripes around the yellow band on the cowing as well as painted the silver on the canopy instead of using the included canopy decals.. I painted the white pilot BLACK to finish off the look...
Maiden was Oct 7th , 2007 at BOMBERFIELD in 20Mph crosswinds.... not the best day for a maiden...But hey... I couldn't resist..
SHE FLEW GREAT and also was very easy to handle..
Here are some photos of the model....
ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!

Apparently .... don't hold your breath for the video (or any in flight pics), at least I hope you didn't. I'm betting it lawn darted the first flight, or all it ever was is a wall hanger.
