I'll have my 1/3 GTM Dr.1, my 1/4 BUSA Dr.1 and my 1/4 GTM EV/DVIII (Static only, needs stronger engine).

Hey Del....I am bringing my 1/3 scale BUSA pup.....it isn't finished yet, but is flying and the gun is shooting......so it looks like I am ready to take part in the air wars over southern Ohio!
I have repaired the landing gear on my 1/3 scale Eindecker, but I don't have room in the van for both planes.
You knew that the pup was the first stealth fighter, didn't you?

Art......The pup looks good, I'm sure you will have no trouble finding someone to do battle with (I know where there's a whole flock of 1/3 Fokkers)
TSHARK.....Weather is looking great, they're predicting low 90's Sat. and high 80's Sun. with about 5mph winds out of the west and southwest and partly cloudy....So even if they're wrong, should still be pretty good.

Hey Joe, I have a few aircraft ready for ODP. 1/4 Nieuport-28, 1/4 DR1, 1/4 Eindecker, 90-Rumpler Taube, and Junkers J-10 with 32cc Royobi. I even bought a new "BIGGER" trailer for the event. I have a couple other WW1 planes but no room to haul them. Already need a bigger trailer...LOL... I'll be up Friday afternoon. I have a 5x8 enclosed trailer for sale $800, if anyone is interested e-mail me at [email protected]. See ya in a couple days...Bear

How tall it the tailer....will it fit in a standard garage?
Who's Eindecker do you have? A buddy of mine wants to buy the SR 1/4 Eindecker.

It will fit in a garage. I rewired and put new lights on it. New tires and bearings. Painted and carpeted it. Last month I took it on a 1,650 mile round trip without any issues. Here's a couple of pics. Bear

We are off to a great start and the weekend is not here yet. If you can make it down to this event this weekend, it will be worth it. Many are already here and flying and it's not even Friday yet.

I wish I knew someone else from AL wanted to go we could have car pooled and spilt the gas. I have spent about $200 on gas one so far one way [:@]and i am still about an hour and 1/2 away. But will well be there in the morning. How many people showed up for flying thurs. evening?

I just got back to the house after being at the Ohio Dawn Patrol this morning. Everything is going GREAT. There was a little fog to deal with in the morning, but it made it look pretty cool. The whole team has done a great job of making the field look wonderful. When I left (around noon), there were 42 registered pilots and PLENTY of airplanes and flying. We could not ask for better weather - winds are light at the most, the fog burned off by 9:00 - 9:30 and everyone seems to be having fun. They had movies last night and are going to do it again tonight. Here are some pics. Hope you can come out - Keith
