OK folks, here it is....We've had several requests for information on WOD '09 dates....so here they are:

July 9 - 12, 2009

I will reactivate the online registration the first week of August....I just need to get through another event in 2 weeks and then I'll be able to deal with next year's WOD. I'll post updates at http://www.delawarerc.org/warbirds.htm

Best,
Brian

Paul Carl, and Brian.....................
Who? Me? That's OK. I have plenty of people mad at me. Just spend a couple of hours out at the main gate. I bet I didn't make a single friend out there. [>:]

Best,
Brian

p.s. I'm taking up basket weaving.

We'll send the float planes over to see you Dave! Did we have any of those show up this year?

Nest year we will have 200 pilots flying PBY's, and we understand Carl is as we speak building a set of 22 foot floats for his Globemaster

Are Skip & Vinny in the same canoe? With a large T-handle wrench?

I wish to extend my personal thanks to Dave, Brian, Pete and everyone else who contributed on making WOD an memorable event for myself and my parents; more importantly, the genuine hospitality expressed to my elderly parents by the Delaware R/C club members. Residing in N.J., with me in Miami, they often wonder what keeps their son out of trouble - were they surprised! Your event, the people, level of model sophistication and the Saturday night Bar-B-que, were the only topics of their conversation each night and upon their return. They also asked if I'd consider making the trip next July. It's a strong possibility...

Thanks everyone!

Regards,
Nick Capone
