Always gear up on rotating gear planes (retracting affects cg)

I wanted to know if a Saito FA-80GK 4 stroke would be ok to fly this airplane
or it will be underpowered?

Dan

With a 14x7 it will fly well.

Not unlimited vertical, but good scale speed

Thanks W1nd6urfa,
I'm thinking of buying this plane and use the Saito I already have ....
My concern was whether it would be underpowered to fly... but I'm sure is best to fly on the wing and not on the engine ...

regards
Dan

Dan
Keep it light about 4 kg and it'll fly fine on the 82

Anyone ventured in an electric conversion of the P40 and care to share his setup and experience?

Many thanks!
