Spring air gear is generally air up/spring down, meaning that air is only used to retract the gear and when you remove the air the springs inside the air cylinders extend the gear. These are very strong gear and are the most reliable I have used, especially compared to the robart 605 series which have plastic molded frames thar are nowhere close to as strong as spring air gear.

The spring air 700 series is for 60-120 size planes, although the ESM 70 inch wingspan warbirds are fairly heavy and may be too heavy for the 700 series unless you land fairly well. On the other hand the robart 600 series would not have a prayer of lasting very long in an ESM 70 incher. Some of the ESM 70 inch warbirds are a good ways past 15 pounds.
The 400 series is for giant scale - these have receptacles for 1/2 oleos. The 700 series has receptacles for 3/8 oleos - but spring air will make you adaptors for a reasonable price if you want to use 7/16 oleos in the 700 series.

Thanks for the help, Do you know if it is possible to cotrol the rate in witch they come down, seems that if the air bleed slow they may but i dont have exp. with spring downs so I have no clue. Im about to begin workin on a Top Flite Sea Fury thats what im interested in putting them on.

Not sure about controlling the down rate - you should call spring air to get that. I never tried to do that.
