I burned up one of the actuators on my H-9 Corsair. Have no idea how I did it; it just quit working.

Anybody have a new or maybe only slightly used one that they'll sell me?

I say we (people who have outstanding orders) post what you ordered and when here so we can at least see if anybody is getting anything from Doug and in what order. I am sure squeaky wheels are getting oiled first and I am fine with that at this point, I just want my retracts. My order was confirmed on Sept. 14th, order #1172. No word on them to date. Not looking to further any discussion, just objective information....

Order mine back in April, 2 sets. Got them in June, and send them back because they atarted smoking afer one cycle.
Send receiver, batery, switch, and y harness to help him find the problem. I'm still waiting, got and email from him early
this month, said i will get them by the 15, if not to call him or send him an email, I did that, and i'm still waititng.

I was order #1213 - 2 sets. I waited two weeks and then called a few times regarding the $50 off. Spoke with a young lady each time but she said he handles the refunds. Never spoke with him. Got them about 2-3 weeks after I ordered them. They just magically appeared in the mail with no explanation. So far they have been working fine.

Now I'm really baffled by Lado. My order # was 1213 and I got mine. Many people with order numbers ahead of that number are still waiting. This just adds to the mystery. Maybe it was the type that everyone ordered. Mine were for the Hangar 9.

I placed/paid for my order #1229 on 10/09/09. For a set of 60-2 Rotating retracts. I'm still waiting for them.

I dont think so. Doug has been doing that same thing for the entire 3 years he's been in operation.

I could see a delay of maybe a few weeks if he was building only one type of gear at a time. I could understand setting up and doing runs of one gear type maybe for a week or two but not 6 months to 12 months in a row.

That also doesnt excuse the "in stock" orders that never showed up.
