Thanks everyone for the suggestions! It has been fun. Due to budget and a several other factors, we've decided on the 96" Vailly Tempest V. Not as big as we'd like, but still big. Not super rare, but no one at my club has one so that's rare enough for me Also, it will be a great compliment to the Sea Fury we already have!

This plane will probably come out around 40lbs and requires a single cylinder or inline twin (due to cowl shape). Any suggestions? From what I've read, I'd probably pick a Brisson 5.8, ZDZ 80, or Quadra 100. Any thoughts on these 3 or other suggestions?

My Sea Fury has a 3W157 in it and as a result of that experience I definitely want to built this Tempest with as much power as I can shoe-horn in The Sea Fury flies awesome and can do huge loops, even at 47 lbs.
