MarvinLoomis,

The build really looks great. I have been down on my building for awhile. I am starting to call WARBIRDS OVER OKLAHOMA my hobby now. Most of my free time goes into managing the event prep. If you have time check out the WBOK tab at www.oklahomamuseumofflying.org

Keep on posting those pics. I am going to copy your stand to. What a great idea.

Wish you could make my event. How about you Hellcat56?

MarvinLoomis,

Checking in on your progress. Looks great. The weathering really sets off the scale look. Say, how far are you from OKC?

Well Warbird, by google maps its about 350 miles! Did ya get you a stand constructed yet?? Gettin really close to firing the engines for sync testing. Waiting on a prop bolt adapter from tru turn, then think its test time!!! I'll post some more pics when I get it off the stand and the wings on it.

Well she's almost complete!!! Weighs in at 45 lbs dry, and balanced out almost perfectly with the G38s in her. Time to test the engines and get them syncd. The crew is being put together as we speak!!! lol

MarvinLoomis,

She really looks great. I have been so busy with planning for Warbirds Over Oklahoma my building has stopped. I have been preping my fleet for the event though. I ran my DA-50 on my Byron P-40 yesterday, and today found out what the CG location is. Hope to have her balanced by the weekend. Sunday is starting to look like a good flying day here.

hellcat56,

Say I know of a great Warbird event coming up on May 14-16 in El Reno Oklahoma. I think your B-25 would look great over the skies of Oklahoma. Did I mention I am the CD of the event? Would love to have you attend and fly. Have not heard from you in awhile, remember your name from early threads on the Warbirds Over Oklahoma thread.

hellcat56,

The Hellcat looks great. An RC friend bought the Ziroli Hellcat plans, and short kit. He started to build it, them one evening he walked across the street with it and told me he was cleaning his garage, then laid it in my shop. Looks like I have another project. I do like the Hellcat though.

Looking forward to seeing you here.
