RE: Royal\Marutaka P-38 parts, Where can i get them?
in the mean while, i finished the outer wing panels along with the ailerons and split-flaps.
after endless attempts of building a fully working fowler flaps, i decided to build the flaps as split.
the flaps servos are mounted inside the wing and the control horns\links\rods are internal, that leaves the wing's bottom clean.
as you can see, when fully deployded , there is a geometric lock vetween the flaps and the servo so there is no loading on the servo.

a quick update -
finally, i finished the flaps,
as i mentiond, the flaps are split-flaps and uses one servo in each wing panel and one servo for both flaps on the center wing section.
all controlls are hidden and the bottom of the plane is "clean".
