Curtiss Hawk III Export (BF2C1)
Hi, I am researching this airplane to build a 30% model. I am seeking any reference materials that may be pertinant. I have searched the web and my book colection and am getting close to what I need. Details of the gear and other features would be helpful. Specifically, If anyone can provide a copy or a scan of Willim Wylams "Export Type III-C Curtiss Hawk" drawings would be greatly appreciated. It was reproduced in the 1964 book "The Best of Wylam" in 1964 by Model Airplane News. Thanks in advance!

I have the plans and a short kit for the Richard Barron designed Goshawk which, if I recall, is 1/4 scale. Not sure what airframe differences exist between the Hawk III and the Goshawk (other than the fixed gear) but, if you're interested, drop me a note at the email below.
