I think the plane in the video was a 3W-55 and a 20x10x4. My plane used a DLE 55 and the same prop. I also use Bowman rings. Like I said, the Xoar 22x10x2 at 75 percent power matched the Beila 20x10x4 at full power. The Beila is for Show, the Xoar is for Go.

Mine flies with the 4-blade at full throttle about like a Xoar 22x10 2-blade at 75 percent power. Looks really cool, however.
Great video. Flys just like mine with the Beila 4-blade 20x10 and DLE55.

Intereasting as TBM list the 22x10 x4 for a 80cc. This is the prop I have and it was way to small and had no power at all. Maybe the 24x10x 4 would work but it would basicley be a $120 toes up.

The 24x10x4 is suggested for the 150cc radial, go figure

Tony,

Are you certain you read the previous posts correctly? We had been discussing the 20 inch 4-blade on a 55 cc engine.

Yes, I did, the 22x10x4 is what I have on a 80cc with unusable performance, my plane would crash on take off as it would never get off the ground at 30+ lb. so as I see it there sizing is way off, I can see a 20x10x4 working on a 55cc but as mentioned diminished performance.

I bought one of those 4 blade Bielas also, the 20x10x4 and used it on a 60cc, It did fly but I hated it. Flew it one time and screwed it to the inside of my trailer as a $110 wall ornament.

Just finishing a p-47. I know I'am way late to the party, but what muffler are you using that fits into the cowl. I'am using a Brison 4.2.

Thanks, Mike
