Default Seidel 14 cylinder radial (WHERE?)

I am trying to find out about this Seidel engine and where I can buy one. Does anybody have the inside track on this? If you do please speak up. Comments on the engine are welcome also. I haven't seen any reviews. Does anybody know the weight and diameter. My cowl is 14 5/8" so I think it will fit nicely. It will be powering sa 85lb F4U-5N Corsair with a 124" wing span.

The engine is definitely a work-of-art, but at nearly $9000+, that's way out of the ballpark for me.[8D]

How many HP is the 250 and it's dimensions if you know? I would like to save money and am not going to spend more than I have to just to impress people but I just don't think the 250 will cut the mustard. What does the Moki 400 cost and same questions please. It sounds like you are up on these engines.

Thanks,

Barry

Texan,

Both for the 250 7 cylinder. I think it has seven cylinders. In US dollars please. Plus dimensions if you know.

Thanks for the info texan. The 250 I think is going to be a little weak but I will determine that once the plane is built and weighed. I'm making my engine choice last. Are the mount bolt locations the same on the Moki 250 and 400? I know you are a Seidel man but maybe you know. Plus the 400 is too expensive and heavy for my blood.
