No correct answers yet. I'll have another clue tomorrow morning. For now, let me clarify clues 1 and 2. By "larger" I mean that the airframe (fuselage and/or wing) was larger. Just adding things (like a radome, for instance) to a plane doesn't count.

Yes! The Britten-Norman Defender, an enlarged version of the Britten-Norman Islander, a plane (the Islander) known, among other things, for having a scheduled two-minute flight (in the Orkneys). The Defender was flown by the FBI at the siege of Waco in 1993. The Defender 4000 was even larger than the original Defender, which was larger than the Islander..
